METAGENICS ChrondroCare: Joint support including glucosamine. $41.95 Collagenics: Designed to support collagen throughout the body. Excellent support for skin, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bone when athletes experience pain or stiffness. $18.25 Endura: This sports drink is made by Metagenics and is an excellent alternative to Gatorade and other mass marketed electrolyte replacement drinks. If there is cramping or insomnia I'll use Endura because of its high Magnesium content. It is free of artificial colors, flavors and high fructose corn syrup. It is designed to be used together with other sources of energy (calories) if your workout warrants that. Great mild taste. $25
Endura Optimizer: Recovery drink with electrolytes, carbs and protein. This is basically a fancy bells-and-whistles powdered version of the chocolate milk we all love to drink for recovery immediately following a good workout. $30.25 EPA-DHA Extra Strength: High quality fish oil supplement with higher dose in fewer pills, no fishy flavor.
