House Call Acupuncture First Treatment

One hour consultation is to begin acupuncture care. House call includes first acupuncture treatment. You can choose to do a follow up visit in the future.

Friends and Family House Call Acupuncture

I will also provide a discount to those of you who wish to combine treatments with a friend or family member – If I only have to drive to one location to treat several patients, I will do each follow up treatment for $75, and any new patient acupuncture for $125. I will travel with my treatment table.

House Call Visits

To facilitate your first appointment, please have the following completed:

1. Click on the link below to download your intake paperwork. Please fill it out prior to your appointment.
2. If you have had any lab work done in the last 18 months, have a copy with you.
3. Keep a detailed diet diary for at least one week prior to your appointment.
4. Please have a list of all the supplements and medications you take on a regular basis.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be billed half the cost of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your respect and understanding.

Please be aware that payment is expected at the time of service.
I do not bill insurance companies directly. I will provide the necessary form for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. At this time in California, many insurers will reimburse for acupuncture treatment.
